It doesn’t matter if it is how they are used during a conversation, text, digitally or email messages words are powerful.
Communication is delicate.
We never know what the other person might be going through when absorbing communication. Words are more than a string of letters. Emotions are also involved.
Its easy how interruptions can get lost in exchange of conversations. How much to say? When and how to deliver messages ?
After many years in the communications business I have seen many situations play out. These have been in person, email, text or other digital methods.
